We therefore have a very simple and easy return policy.

You can return any shoe you purchase through hidelandshoes.com, if the shoes do not fit you correctly and you want a different size. In this case we would refund amount including courier charges you spend on returning the shoes.

We check each shoe before sending it, if in any case you find a defect in the shoes please send them back to us and we would send a replacement immediately. In this case also, we would refund the courier amount you spend on returning the shoes.

The shoe did not last long enough and developed serious defects on use. At hidelandshoes.com, we strive to ensure you get the best deal. All shoes guaranteed for 120 days from delivery

To exchange or return a shoe and get refund, follow these simple instructions

Click Return Form from the link and mail us the duly filled form with the shoes for exchange or refund.

For Exchange: As soon as we receive your return, we will dispatch a replacement and email you informing about it. We would also send along, an amount of Rs.100 for refund of the courier expenses that was borne by you to return the shoes.

For Refund: As soon as we receive your return, we would inspect it for defects and once approved, we would send you the refund immediately through the most convenient and fastest method.
